So last Saturday I had another event. Not quite a book signing, but it was just as much fun as one!
I went to a barn sale.
And for those of you who aren’t sure what exactly a “barn sale” entails, lemme tell ya.
A barn sale is where local people gather together and sell from their small businesses. Some are small, work-in-my-living-room businesses, and some have made it successful. And then some of our living-room businesses are TRYING to make it successful. (That’s pretty much me.)
I saw so much beautiful jewelry (even bought a pair of mink earrings from a booth called Reeds of Gray. Super cute stuff! Go check them out!), cute fall decorations, pretty makeup, adorable clothes, bright pumpkins and squash; you name it, they had it.
This fall festival sale only happens once a year, so be sure to visit next time! I promise you, you won’t regret it. I sure didn’t! And I’m super excited for next year’s. 😃
And don’t forget! The 13th of October, I have a book signing in Knoxville at Barnes and Noble, from 1:00 to 3:00. Hope to see you there!!!
